• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Some features (save/apply jobs, assessments, interviews, results) require a signed-in jobseeker account.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Post false, harmful, or illegal content.
• Attempt to hack, scrape abusively, or disrupt the service.
• Share answers or cheat on proctored assessments.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.

5. Assessments & results

Practice tests and coding rounds are for learning and evaluation. Scores may be reviewed by admins where coding rounds are enabled. Results do not guarantee a job offer.

6. Third-party links

Apply links and notifications may open external government or employer websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Apna Careers is not responsible for third-party content or hiring decisions.

7. Intellectual property

Branding, UI, and original content on Apna Careers belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the site.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete job accuracy, or that using the site will result in employment.

9. Limitation of liability
